    What are must haves on your list of supplements required for bb and working out?

    What do you consider the basics for anyone getting into bb or fitness??

    I'm not really big into supps and everything, but I couldn't live without my hydroxycut:) I also just ordered "tight" Hope that works as well:)

          What exactly does green tea do for one's body? Do you take it in a supplemental form (pill etc..)??

            yes, they have green tea extract in pill form. there are quite a few articles in the supplement forum posted by YJ about green tea. mainly for weight loss. here's one article Green Tea

              For me my must have supps would contain Whey Protein, ALA, Multi-vitamin, and Flax Oil.
              I do use ECA and/or Yohimbine if I'm cutting but I generally don't use it year round.

                What does ALA and R-ALA do for you? I never heard about those in up here...?
