  • For my girl

    My girl has a good body, she trains good and has discipline, but we can't see har muscles because fat, no much. She wants to take clen and therma. I'd like some advice of routine, training and about clen and therma. Some times I hear it's good to train one muscle group for day, for women. I wanna know about rest, too.

    diet brother, its all about the diet man. Tell her to try morning cardio on an empty stomach that helps alot.

      I second that...diet. And there's no way clen or any thermogenic will work unless her diet is in check.

          I think the empty stomach thing works. Your body is forced to utilize stored energy reserves vs utilizing stuff you just put in.

              Ola meu. . .:) you need to give us her stats (peso, altura etc. .)
              That way we can recommend a good diet, amount of cals and training etc. ..

                it does man but iheard that u can lose some size due to that, some people prefer to take a zero carb or low carb shake to preserve the muscle and lose the bf

                  Ok guys. She doesn't suplement, and have a basic routine of food. she eats 3 to 3 hours and trains in the morning or at night, and cardio averyday for 30 min.
