How many people use these as part of their post workout routine....do these have any real benefits??? anyone have thoughts on this?

IMO, the steam room is great for a couple weeks pre-contest. It can help with tightening up any of that stubborn loose skin. Of course, there is no magic cure, but it does help and it can creat a bit more vascularity.
As far as any other times I use it, I don't. I get in the gym and get out.
