    How many people use these as part of their post workout routine....do these have any real benefits??? anyone have thoughts on this?

    My current gym doesn't have any luxuries but an old one I used a few years ago did. I lied them just for the relaxation, so it's a mental benefit for sure. When I'm home and sore, I'll soak in the hot tub and it seems to help.

      I thought steam rooms were bad for your health? I thought the hot moist air was a perfect breeding ground for yucky germs and stuff?

        IMO, the steam room is great for a couple weeks pre-contest. It can help with tightening up any of that stubborn loose skin. Of course, there is no magic cure, but it does help and it can creat a bit more vascularity.

        As far as any other times I use it, I don't. I get in the gym and get out.

          I've always wondered the same thing. I've never used it at my gym, but I'd like to, if only for the relaxation!
