Just wanted to let you all know about Yoga. Yes, i'm sure you know what it is.. but have you tried it? I have been taking Yoga on Sundays for about 2 months now. After a week of busting my ass with weight training and cardio, Yoga is a nice finsh for the week.
I literally am the most hyper person you will ever meet, always rushing.. jabberring away. Yoga has helped with my flexablilty and my piece of mind!! We ALL need some of that. Meditation is also one of the key elements of yoga that i love.
They usually have classes at your local gym, or yoga studios. Try it out.
