I'm not sure maybe start out with 3 or so. I miss the feeling of GH. Unless you tried it hard to explain. Loved the vivid dreams fighting dragons, killing zombies and shit LOL... I looked forward to going to bed

GH helped my skin out so much. years of AAS is rough on the skin. the aches and pains went away. (you know this already just saying its worth it to me)
