I will run it at 30 mgs a day.. which it will last me about a month.. if it's good thru mid cycle I can always order more and feel the need to bump the dose.. I have not taking an oral anabolic besides proviron for a long time so I should respond well to it..

Started my low dose VAR as of today... 20mgs a day will bump to 30mgs depending how I feel and will run it till I run out... if it's real VAR 20mgs is enough to get results
