Then they said that clomid was a prescription drug and I accquired it without a prescription which was illegal, they asked for the 2 vials so they could test it, to make sure it wasnt ghb or another steroid i think.
I would have definately needed a change of underwear. Did you give them the 2 vials?

You shouldn't have given them the vials without a warrent. As long as the clomid was not intended for human use (as in LR's disclaimer), I don't think you were breaking any laws. You should have just told them "it isn't for consumption so if you want it, get a warrent".

always better to play nice nice with the badge if they are being nice, cause if they get a burr up their ass they arrest first and ask questions later, and contrary to what you see on TV, once the cuffs go in it's a nightmare every step of the way, even if you are right, cause hardly anyone has any time too listen too your problem cause it is so infentesimal in the overall scheme

                      it's harsh yet mostly true

If you get caught with an X tab, are you gonna get off by saying "it isn't for consumption" ?
X is a little different don't you think? There IS no legitamite use for it and it is scheduled. Try selling liquid-oxycodone with the disclaimer "for research purposes only" and see how long it takes them to bust down your door.

How is it that all of these "research" companies weren't shut down years ago? They are all selling prescription drugs. If it were illegal to possess them for any reason without a script, they would have all been hammered a long time ago. It's not the same rules as for scheduled drugs like narcotics.

In order for something to be defined as a "drug", it has to be intended for consumption. Otherwise, it is just a chemical and if it is not scheduled, there is no law against possessing it. I can have a kg of clomid powder sitting in the middle of my floor and it's perfectly legal until I consume any of it. Then, it becomes a drug and is subject to prescription laws.

They can not arrest you without evidence. They can not search your house without a warrent or your consent. Now, they might go get a warrent but that will take some time and if you have a clean house, the worst they can do is trash your house during the search.

Besides, I am not advocating being belligerent. Always be polite but you can politely inform them that you haven't broken any laws and no they can't have your property.
