Good point. If it really was only GABA, the police would be red-faced with embarrassment and trying to come up with something. After all, cases have occurred where a team breaks into the wrong home entirely, and may even kill someone, and then refuses to admit they made a mistake. Some of these stories have been leaked to the press, and all hell breaks loose for a short time until someone hushes everything up. It does not happen often, but mistakes can be made.

Your lucky Jarconis. If that ever happens again I would just tell them you broke them or something and don't have them anymore. At the very least this could now be in some file at the station for them to use against you if you get busted on related charges in the future.

I always cooperate with cops, they get really nasty when idiots play tough with them. But, volunteering anything is never in your best interest, ask any lawyer what they would have done in that situation and they'll tell you that telling them nothing as nicely as possible is your best bet. Talking warrants just pisses cops off and makes them "think they smell marijuana" (prob cause).

Stupid question but this isn't Chems company were talking about is it?
