    Right now I am ramped @4 pills/day 20mg usually take 2 in the am 2 before 3pm. Max is 5 pills. Off week stack ECA - always a way to find it here in CANADA!!! Its been illegal here far longer!

        GC - her diet was very strict. That means we measured most everything she ate and kept close track of carbs and total calories. She kept protein at 1g/lb of bodyweight, usually chicken breast, turkey, lean beef, a little fish. Supplement whole food with 1 protein shake a day usually (about 30-40g). Kept total calories at 12 per lb of body weight, so at 130lbs, 1560 cals. Not a lot of food there, especially when 520 cals are protein. Carbs were kept to 50g or fewer everyday. Only carbs she ate were oatmeal or rice, and not much of it - also veggies but those we sometimes didn't count towards carb totals, depending on what it was (like spinach or broccoli didn't count). Rest of calories came from fats - EFA's, olive oil and whatever fat there was in the meats (esp. beef). Somedays she wouldn't even get all 1560 cals in.... she was very dedicated to that diet.

          the Doc has given you some good advice. There are many ways to trim down - essentially, the game is to take in fewer calories than you expend. However, if you take in too few calories, your body will react negatively, and you will hold onto fat (and burn muscle in the process). Everyone reacts differently ... the trick is to find what works best for you. Research, research, research and experiment, experiment, experiment.

          Remember to eat clean and eat at regular intervals.
