I'm just about to finish my first cycle. I'm not terribly happy with how things turned out. I sustained a shoulder injury in week eight and haven't been able to return to the gym since. My diet also went to shit when I was laid up. Next time I cycle, hopefully things will turn out better. I think I just got overzealous when I saw how strong I was getting. Too much too fast. I digress.
I was on Deca and dbol
Deca 200/mg per week and increased to 500/mg weeks 4-8
Dbol 25/mg per day starting in week 4 and increased to 50/mg per day for weeks 6-10
Right now I'm 5'11", 250-260 and a whopping 20% BF
My question is this. Since this seems mild compared to some of the other cycles I've seen here, do I really need and PCT? If so, what would be best?
Also, I need to shed some of this bodyfat I've gained from the downtime. I'm trying to salvage my diet and cardio is a given. I've been looking at clen and maybe some T3 but I'm wary of the thyroid affecting drugs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
