I am 19, I am 225 pounds, 6'1. Dont know my bodyfat. Goals are to lose 15 pounds. Cycled Clenbuterol and ECA before but didnt have as trict diet, but lost weight, Been dieting for 6 months now, didnt lose much weight, Using DNP to speed the metabolism. Can anyone please structure me a diet for DNP.

They are also looking for this"magic" pill. I stated i will only take 200mg eachday. I've seen some lose lots of weight but come under no scrutiny , even if they want to lose 100 lb's over 6 months

Bro shibby is right from what you posted about your diet already I can see why you are not losing weight. Sub sandwiches and the like are not at all part of a cutting diet. Shibby is trying to get you to rely on yourself instead of drugs to make for laziness. That is all it is. Either you can diet and suffer through or you can not. Read my answer to your post on dnp help. There is allot that needs to be looked at before taking dnp especially at 19 yrs old.

if you are talking about House1's DNP thread he has a TON Of expereince with drugs and dieting so we don't worry about people like him...we are just trying to keep people safe and get them to learn how best to attack problems which isn't always the easiest way.

This statement makes tons of sense, people need to understand this. Just because someone says this is the best it may not be for you, while another might say this sucks and it works for you. If there is mass appeal more then likely go with but its not always 100%.
