Well said Sana. I am going to keep her on till Tues and then she'll come off and I'll try to get her to the gym more often, and try to get her to work on her diet. The flaming doesn't bother me, so please don't think I was trying to be ignorant or flame anyone back that gave their input. i had another thought... you could try to get her to join up or at least read a lot on this board, especially in the female anabolic sections. maybe if she reads the info herself, it might "hit home" a bit better. i know my girlfriend never believed half of the things i used to teach her, so i just gave her access to the information and let her learn on her own... now she comes to me for advice, rarely (cause she already knows everything :D) - but sometimes she does in fact ask me a question or two ;)

2 DAYS A WEEK, AND GAINED 3 LBS OF MUSCLE??? How can you gain 3 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks AND have good muscle tone? I seriously doubt it. But for argument's sake, let's say she did. I'm going ot say this again- SHE IS NOT EATING ENOUGH. Her body is holding on to anything she puts in it. I think that is a line of BS that she hits a wall. Probably because she's too impatient and doesn't see enough changes in her body fast enough. If her diet is as GOOD AS YOU CAN GET IT TO BE, THAT AIN'T GOOD ENOUGH. Eating 2 times a day is HORRIBLE!!! So, what that puts her caloris at 800 AT BEST. Her calorie deficit is ENORMOUS!!! She needs to be eating at least 1300, at 5-6 small meals a day. I am not flaming you here, but you have got to use some common sense, here!!! Why she and you continue to abuse this drug given the current stats and situation is beyond me? Red---She trains 2 days a week for 1hr and 15 min per w/o. Her diet is as stated above. She can't eat that much--she just hits a wall and when she's done she's done.
Tripper--The only reason she is taking this stuff is because she wants to, and she CAN'T take pills. She does have muscle tone, and her diet is as good as I can get it to be. There is no way in hell she'll let me post her pic. I dont own a scanner at all either. I'm only posting to try to get advise, not looking for miracle results.

5'6 - 109lbs!!!! This girl is wasting away! Get some muscle! My main issue is that she is taking clen to get rid of her "problem areas" **** First and foremost there is no such thing as spot reducing.* Any one can tell you that. This is a lifestyle and takes far more than the magic of clen to get the results she is after - this lady needs to add lbs of muscle - a 5'6 healthy female weight range is 125-155lbs(although competitors can go lower in their competitions). You will not see the "problem areas" disappear with clen. This is a slow process where your whole body is affected - Good Luck!
