    by the sounds of it, I think he's european, Ive spent the last 2 yrs in luxembourg and know that out there baywatch is god, its kinda like u guys saying u wanna look like the guys on the NFL or something like that, its just their in thing, the chicks over there still dig hasslehoff? wtf I say

      Using the word "baywatch" was a way to describe the phisique. In majority cases that's the only "bodybuilding" phisique chicks really dig. It's kind of the pefect healthy male body (ofcouse that's a matter of debate).

      You gave a bad (mocking) example, but yes I like the type of phisique on the guy attached to this post. I should have said "Mr. Fitness" phisique to avoid your kind of replies. I'm not far from it anyway.

        You can definately get that build without using heavy-duty stuff like GH. Like GearTripper said, stick to things like EQ, Var, Prop, and Winny (winny only if you're not prone to MPB) Use T3 rather than T4, as T4 isn't nearly as potent for boosting metabolism. Add in some cardio and you'll be set.

          Fair enough. I still want to use HGH as I've red only good things about it. For example, I'm hoping to avoid having to use clen or ECA and instead do GH + intensive cardio. Also with GH I can hopefully eat enough and not get fat bloated.

          I've searched the board for "MPB" but couldn't really find an explanation on what it was. Could somebody tell me please?

          T4 isn't as potent as T3, but it's supposed to be safer? (I'm not in a hurry). I hear T3 can take some muscle off (if you're not on test)

            MPB=Male Pattern Baldness. If you're prone to it (look at dad, and your grandfathers for clues), you'll want to stay the hell away from Winny. If you aren't, it's a great drug for adding a little quality mass while cutting up.

              Is being on propionate for 3 months straight ok or should I make a pause somewhere in between?

                if ure on that long look at doing some hcg along the way I like the 500IU every sat/sun routine, it makes getting the boys down there come back quicker

                  you dont really need to train much to be built like that. lol. just train and diet. why anyone would want to be built like a guy that weighs 150lbs is beyond me..

                      I want to use oxandrolone in the next year pursuing that baywatch body style. Test and related stuff (that aromatise) is not good for me, cause it causes me depression... So wha do you think guys could i hope for a lite fitness shape next year with var?

                        Instead of running GH for only 3 months I think you should try IGF1. I haven't run GH, but i've heard it takes a while to kick in - like more than 3 months to start noticing it

                          I'm alredy noticing it entering 4th week. I weigh 81 Kg (175cm height) that's alredy 2kilos more than I've been able to push on propionate/winny in the past two cycles. My abs are finally comming trough the layer of fat, as GH slowly but progressively burns it off.

                          Being on propionate for 3 months straight might not be a good idea? Should I pause it in 2nd month, and see what I can do with winny alone? Then in the last month bring propionate back in?
