i speak from experience, do not send ANYTHING through usps or ups. reason why...usps contracts ups planes for package transport. ups is subject to more stringent security. fed-ex is the ONLY WAY TO GO. they have a 96% delivery rate. also if you are receiving anything, no signature required,and you get a notice on the door , WALK AWAY.
