New to reading up on anabolics and looking for info on tren. I currently train four nights a week in MMA, and lift 2 to 3 nights a week in the gym. Still at 15% body fat and not cut. Diet is clean and balanced. Is gear an option? Tired of busting butt and and looking like a wesel.

If your not getting cut, then your training and diet is off. WAY off!
You should get in the right habit before using gear. I admit i was lazy so i went on gear right away and started training, and I actually got amazing results.
Right now im not on anything and im still training as if im on juice.
If your diet is clean, then cardio should eventually burn that fat.

Been training hard and fighting in the MMA (amature ultimate fighting) for about 8 months and still can't break 15%. Grueling cardio workouts, pushed until you puke. Currently on protein and dbol with mixed results. Also heard gear was good for cardio. The only problem is that the guys in the circles talk about gear, but I don't know anyone that's actually cycled on it. That's why I'm turning the the gurus on the boards. Need facts from actual users. What do you think Pedro?

in my dojang there is quite a few overweight people that train and they bust their butts as well. exercise will not get you cut. dieting is the key. also keep in mind that overtraining will make your body be very inefficient at losing bodyfat. While I will not reccomend you take tren (it KILLED my conditioning). it is one of the few substances that seems to actually burn fat on its own.Originally posted by Ryan Williams

If i read correctly, your using d-bol now. Now Im not entirely sure if that would be the cause, because all d-bol would do is give you a bloat and water weight.
It looks like your training is good, so we'd have to look into your diet. Posting that would be a great help for anyone here to give out suggestions.
And lets say your diet is in check also and your not shedding any fat, then it looks like using some gear is what you need.
My favorite cutting cycle is
Week 1-10 Test Prop 100mg EOD
Week 1-6 Tren 75mg ED
But its all up to what you want to do.

Breakfast: Protein shake, two to three egg whites.
Lunch: chicken breast salad w/low fat dressing.
Dinner: Protein shake, beef or chicken w/fat removed. Side salad.
Drinking about a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day.
I've also gone so far as to cut out all cola and (God forgive me) my much beloved Guinness! Taking in around 150g of protein a day and avoiding suger. Just finished my 8wk D-bol cycle, so if I'm bloated that should burn off, correct? I apprciate your input! You all are much more welcoming than other forums.

This is pain i know, but the only way for me to get cut is to be very strict on my diet. For me, that means weighing my food, and calculating calories and esp. protein grams. I use about 12cal / lb of body weight while cutting, and about 15cal/lb while maintaining - higher intake and I'm gonna be gaining. Also, protein is at least 1g/lb of bodyweight no matter what I'm doing. Adding some thermogenics, like clen or ephedra, etc... helps too, but not as much as a strict diet and regular cardio (for me that's 40 min, 3-4x/week). I'm about 5'8", 205 right now, ~8% bf, top 4 abs visible even at night.
Oh, and yes I love tren, test, etc... but i don't want to send you that way until your diet is stricter.

and if youre training MMA which would include BJJ i assume, then how the hell are you not loseing fat????
BJJ is the best cardio ive ever experienced, and if youre dieting you should be loseing fat rapidly.

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll try to tighten up the diet and see if that works before I move to tren or test. Hey Largely..I train out of Castro Fighting Systems in my home town. We line up fights through Dennis Hallman and Victory Athletics near Seattle. Mostly BJJ and Pankration, with two nights a week in Muay Thai. It is brutal, and I don't understand why I'm not lower than 15% either. Go figure.......

thats cool, yea ive trained a little BJJ in the past, and just started getting back into it recently and starting to train Muay Thai as well over here at American Kickboxing Academy where Josh Thompson, Mike Kyle, and Frank Shamrock train just to name a few.
good luck with your fighting carreer and tighten up that diet and you should be good.

hey if you are fighting you are not going to benefit by looking like a bodybuilder at all. That fat layer you hate so much will help you with leverage and you'll do more damage with the exta meat. If you get ripped and it isn't your natural tendency to be that way you will get pounded in the ring for sure, so be careful.
lol

true about the fat layer but if the guy is at %15 body fat then he could stand to lose a few of those layers, and still be cool.
Id say try to get down to %12 and see how you feel, butdbol is right that you should fight at whatever wieght you feel best at regardless of what you look like.
