Yeah, Hallman got tko'd by Trigg down in Vegas. Dennis is usually more aggressive than that, so were not sure what went on. In the UFC nothing comes easy. As for weight, I'm looking to drop to 170 for the next show, so I'll cut the calories and run my butt off. It should go quick. My only issue, is that a lot of fighters are discovering gear. When you go head to head in the amatures you never know what the guy in front of you is on. Feel like I need to jump on board to keep up, as skill will only take you so far. These guys can turn 16 rounds like it's nothing. I'm dying at 8. Could it be the gear?

Based on what you listed for your diet, you may not be eating enough or enough times during the day, and your body, kicking into starvation mode, is holding onto your fat reserves instead of burning them for energy. That coupled w/ possible higher estrogen levels and bloat from the d'bol is probably accounting for your inability to burn the fat.

I would say quit taking the d-bol...

Fix the diet - At least 6 meals per day...around 2500 calories for cutting. 250g protein, 200g carbs, 75g fat (mostly EFA's, Omega's)

3 days per week of weight training...I'm sure you get plenty of cardio. Take an ECA for added fat loss 2-3x per day. If you decide to do gear do something like:

          14-16 weeks
          Test Enanthate 600mg
          EQ 500-600mg
          Femara 1.25mg EOD

I know most of you will say 14-16 weeks is a long time, but I definitely advocate longer cycles as you would be more likely to hold onto the weight after stopping. (your body has more time to adjust to the extra weight gain)
