Hey Guys, I am in the research mode (narrowing it down really) and I wondered if there are any really good books on Anobolics/Training that I could pick up through Amazon.zom
Here are my criteria;
- Good, up to date Basics with suggestions for cycles, maybe Meal plans, training, etc (Not one of these advanced Chemistry books that I wouldn't understand).
- Something that is concise, hopefully with info easily labeled (that would normally take me alot of time to compile on the Net).
I recently checked out Mens Body Sculpting by Nick Evans, MD from the local Library. I found it very well laid out with good suggestions in several areas. However, it has no info on Anabolics at all.
I will be doing alot of reasearch on the net but I was wanting a hard copy to reference when I am sitting around for reading while in bed.
Thanks in advance.
