This statement right here shows you'll never be ready. You have no desire to research on your own. You'd probably do whatever the fuck anyone tells you to. A statement like this shows you have no business being on these compounds if this is how you feel. Lord knows if you feel the same about your diet and training, you probably have better things to do.

ok, i understand that everyone's tryin to help here just do it in a better tone. however, i apologize for my comments because i guess i don't know what i'm talking about. so the best thing to do would to be just forget the gear for a while? i just see so many people my age and even younger and it seems to help them so much i wanted to give it a shot and talk to people who knew a lot about it instead of getting the info from them

These compounds take the strictest discipline when it comes to diet and training. Something you haven't obtained yet. Not to mention you have no need for them at the age you are at. You're young enough that your body is raging with test, so why try to inject more? You need to take time to develop a base, take a few years to get your shit down pat. You think these guys are doing all good, but most of them don't know two and a half shits about what they're doing. Most of them have probably already shrunk their balls to the size of berries and grown some bitties, and have no idea why.

I started when I was 23. Started off with ph's first. Been training half assed since I was 14. Didn't get my shit together and get serious til I was 18. All protein and creatine for almost 5 years. Probably should've did that for longer and held off, but what's done is done.

On/off cycle is a ph. It's crap, a waste of money. There are better ph's out there. Either or, you'd want to stay away from ph's for now. You have no need for them at your age. They will also do you no good if your game plan isn't solid. I think protein and creatine should be the staple of any athletes diet. I put on about 45lbs in 1-1/2 yrs of serious training on these and food alone.

Muscle tech stuff is overpriced. Just get some regular creatine mono from optimum nutrition. 2000g is like $39 and will last you 3 months at 20g a day. If you can afford it, then go ahead and add in some ala, which is all cell tech is anyway. Get a bucket of whey from allthewhey.com and you're on your way. Citrulline malate is pretty good shit too, not much for adding more muscle, but great for some energy for strength and endurance.

Its not about suppliments. Its all about diet. You need to eat 7-8 times a day. Eat at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight. Food is the most anabolic thing on earth. Eat eat and eat some more.

Good to hear. Also, I realize you see kids in school that are juicing that have gotten big. I realize that makes you want to do it to. But what they dont realize that food could have done the same thing if they had only taken the time to learn what to eat and when.
