      I am trying to do homework, but I can't find anything with sample cycles in it . Just dose ranges and stuff like that

          LOL, alright well I feel bad for you so how about this:
          Weeks 1-10 Mon 250mg & Thurs 250mg = 500mg a week
          Weeks 11-14 PCT Nolvadex

          BUT first, post your diet, stats and age and the members here will be more likely to help you.

              OK, Im 5' 11" about 198 lbs. I do a 3-day split each bodypart twice a week. But I think if I do gear I can do each bodypart 3-times a week. Because I did it before without gear.

              I am looking for some quality gains. It seems like I can almost build muscle naturally, but not quite. Just need a little boost.

                The cycle I posted is a basic beginners. If you would like to add anything else throw in some EQ at 400mg a week for 12 weeks, and move the Test enth to 12 weeks. The EQ will increase your RBC helping your endurance and EQ also has tendon strengthing attributes to help with your new mass from the test.

                  I like the advice that Eagle has given but on a different note...it sounds to me llike you might be overtraining. Every bodypart 3 times a week?? When do you plan on resting? Bro I'll tell you from experience, more is not better. I used to train like you and the lately I've been doing the following routine with much better gains.

                  Day 1 - Chest and Bicepts

                  Day 3 - Quads and Hamstrings

                  Day 5 - Shoulders and Tris

                  Day 7 - Back and Calves

                  Trust me Bro, using juice will not prevent you from overtraining, it will only mask the syptoms IMO. Just train with 110% intensity, make your workouts breif, no more than an hour. If your taining for maximum size gains get in, get out, then rest! I have a fiend of mine that just started juicing, his diet is on point, but trains 6 days a week for about 2 hours a day and he wonders why he's not happy with his gains.
