Fall/Winter Bulker – 2004 – Diet Plan (Mission Mounds O’ Mass)
*Meal 1 – 2 servings Honey Nut Cheerios w/ 16 oz Whole Milk & Whey Shake in 16 oz Milk (75 P, 60 C, 32 F)
*Meal 2 – Fat Tuna Sandwich (1 can Tuna, Salsa, Olive Oil, 3 Slices Wheat Bread) Egg Bagel (55 P, 90 C, 13 F)
*Meal 3 – Chicken, Rice/Potato, Veggie, Olive Oil (50 P, 70 C, 14 F)
*Post-Work-Out – Whey Shake, 2 PB & J Sandwiches, 16 oz Milk (88 P, 80 C, 60 F)
*Meal 5 – 4 Eggs w/ 5oz Ham and Bagel (70 P, 50 C, 30 F)
*Meal 6 – 1 cup cottage cheese with 15 Ritz Crackers (25 P, 40 C, 15 F) <Guesstimates
*Total Protein – 360 Grams
*Total Carbohydrates -- 400 Grams
*Total Fat – 164 Grams
*Total Calorie Intake – 4516 Calories (Approximate Daily Intake)*

Saturday – Cleans/Push Press
Monday – Chest
Tuesday – Legs
Wednesday – Shoulders/Triceps
Thursday – Back/Biceps
Havent ironed out the cycle details, but it'll be Test E or C based and Im thinking about throwing in some Tren for the strength gains or EQ for the hunger. The cycle is another thread though.
