Ok I am having a very hard time deciding what I want to do. I know I want to bulk I also want to at least drop some b/f so I can see my damn abs. I am pretty lean but all my body fat went to my stomach! I am 188lbs right now but plan to be right at 210lbs or something close to that. I am 5'9''. This will be my 3rd cycle but I consider it my 2nd because my first was wasted by surgery and I lost everything. I will lay it all out for yall.
1st cycle:
Brovel t2 @600mg 12wks
Salud Labs Dbol 50mgs ed 4wks
went from 150lbs to 185lbs (lost it all because of surgery) went down to 145lbs but got back to 152lbs naturally.
2nd cycle:
Denkall dbol 50mgs ed wks 1-6
Tornel Sustenon 250 @ 750mgs wks 1-14
QV Decca 300 @ 450mgs wks 1-14
clomid wks 16-18
went from 152lbs to 194lbs.
Now I am 188lbs been that weight for awhile I have been off for almost the sametime I was on. I am starting the next cycle sometime in Oct. I want to cut not that much just a little but do want something that is effective w/o changing my diet that much. I intake about 200g of protein right now sometimes 225g but when I get back on I am bumping it up to about 300g. I also intake at least 3500 calories a day. I dont eat fast food what so ever. I work out each part of my body once a week. Dont want to overtrain. About 4 workouts for each bodypart. I do 4 sets of 10 after 2 warmups for every workout. Minimal rest between sets. I dont know what else I need to put, if anything let me know.
This is my next cycle. Keep in mind the onlything that is missing is the cutting stuff so please help me out on that stuff. Kind of new to cutting since I have always been thin.
3rd cycle:
Sustenon 250@500mg wks 1-4, 750mgs wks 4-8 1000mgs wks 8-12 and back down to 750wks 12-14.
Either decca 300 or EQ200 wks 1-14 If its decca 450mgs and if its EQ 600mgs
Dbol @50ms ed wks 1-5
Now for the cutting I need yalls help. Thank you in advance.
