        Hey stone cold what you think if I did the same cycle but instead of cypo I ran suspension and added eq? You think that would be a good cycle? 190lbs 5'9''. Just want to try different things.

              I did post up my cycle on a new thread. Had change of plans on it and just stuck on what my next cycle should be. Anyways wont post anything about my cycle on this thread but I still want to see some more pics stonecold.

                sighhhh, soon I will have pics. I think everything should be in for my cycle this week so I will have to take some before pics no matter how well they come out.

                      Well, gentlemen....I have arrived!

                      The goal here is to make as much muscle gains with the proteins and "supps" as possible while keeping BF at bay. Carbs after 6pm is something I adhere to, and truly feel it works. He doesn't do manual labor everyday outside or anything, so this amount of carbs should work for him. If it doesn't we can always make more changes.

                      Once he starts his diet, I will slowly add more food and fats. But the goal initially is to get him used to eating 7 times a day, and the quantity of food at each meal as well. He already told me he's going to have to work up to eating what I gave him. Even if I added more carbs, it would just be overload initially. Protein synthesis does not happen by eating a lot of carbs. Carbs (dextrose) are really only critical IMHO, post workout. It happens by eating protein. The protein amounts will increase gradually as well.

                      Stone- 1 more thing- at any meal where there are carbs, eat your protein and veggie sources first. If you are still hungry, eat the carbs.

                            please stay!!!! LOL-Yeah I have worked my way up to the 8 egg white omlet. I throw in a bit of ham oninion and green peppers for flavor. Protein shakes are going down easier (3-4 a day). The one thing I do need is a sauce for my meat I can't stand plain meat. I bought a thai flavor for my chicken today hopefully it works.

                              Try that General Tso's chicken flavoring that Bouncer I guess uses. It's in the recipe section and supposed to taste good. I haven't tried it yet but plan on it.
