how do you guys take these? i will be doing 50mg a day soon and was wondering a few questions:

1. take them all at once or split them up throughout the day?

2. chew them or swallow them or let them dissolve in mouth?

3. take them with food or water or on empty stomach?

Swallow or chew'em just the same. I split mine up morning, afternoon, and evening. On an empty stomach or right before I eat.

take 2, 5 times threwout the day. like every 2 hours or so. thats what i do.

I can't tell a difference taking them all at once, or every 2 hours.

But when i take 50-100 mg/day of tabs (winny/anavar) I just take 2 doses in the AM and PM

Since the halflife is 9 hours, it's best to take it every 4.5 hours. But since the dose is 50 mg/day, and they don't aromitize to a large degree, you always have a workable amount in your bloodstream.
