if she is short on time, why not have her do a fuctional training circut training routine. use optimal amount of muscle groups in a short time burning more calories. if you want me to get into this more, just let me know

Pick up the carbs and think about running some Usnic Acid (moderately of course). Increase in carbs with that product, burns storage like crazy!! Also you could stack with a small dose of a thermogenic. If she does decide to pick up the cardio, carbs will be necessary.

Like I said, before when she had allot of free time, she did5 days of cardio w 3 days of weights. But now she can only get to gym 2-3 times a week, which fuking sux. Keeping a diet is a no problem for her but getting enough time to do it is. LIFE ... :(
