What's your cycle experience? What's your diet look like when your not on a cycle? I hate to be the one to say this but at 5'8" and 165, I think you still have room to grow naturally. Just my opinion though.
I can help if you still choose to run a cycle but I need the previous questions answered first.

I started working out Jan 2003. In June 2003, I got a new workout partner at the gym and he wanted me to juice w/ him. He was a big guy and I was weighing about 130 @ the time, up from 115 when I started in January. I did a bunk cycle of test and had no clue what I was doing - just knew that it was test and i only did at max 400mg/wk in a pyramiding scheme. Got ripped a new ass on the price as well. Needless to say I didn't grow alot, but strength increased. After this I started reading more about eating and training. I went natural again about 8 months and gained another 20lbs. About a year later, I began reading alot on PH's. I was gaining size, but my strength hadn't gone up in a couple months. I did an m1t/4ad cycle that was well thought out and ate very well. PCT'd to a T and gained 13 lbs on that cycle with significant strength increases. That put me around 163 @ 11% BF or so. I switched routines over summer to a high rep, less weight scheme, did alot of cardio and the likes and have eaten alot, but clean. I have only gained about 2 lbs or so since, but have cut BF down to 7-8% and strength has gone up a decent bit. To be honest, when I'm not on cycle I tend to eat more because I guess I realize that my body isn't as efficient at using it so I want to get more in there. As of late, I've been eating alot of fish, chicken, ground beef teamed w/ pastas. I began a new job in August that requires me to be on my feet for hours on end walking around, so I believe I am burning more and more calories than I ever have and I accredit that to the loss in bodyfat more than the cardio 2x a week.Originally posted by Lmg2701

I understand that I'm not a big guy, but I also have a tiny bone structure to go along w/ it. If you read my measurements up there, my wrist is 6.5". That's something I can't change. Most of my friends have wrists 8-9". I don't carry a big frame and so the weight I do have is lean. Thanks for any help man

it is and not a bad one but pales in comparison to tren. Drol on the other hand, just to be safe keep another option handy in case you don't like it. it make some poeple sick (me for one.) good luckOriginally posted by r_deese

I've never run drol before, only dbol and m1t. I had access to drol this time for cheap, so I thought I'd give it a go.
