No offense bro, but your diet sucks! I consume way more than that before noon everyday!!! At 240 lbs. you should be eating 4-5 times that much food, and where are your carbs? That banana, apple, piece of bread, and the potatoes/ hasbrowns are maybe 700 calories. You aren't consuming any complex carbohydrates, such as brown rice or sweet potatoes, whole grains. You should be eating at least 4300 calories a day with a breakdown similar to 45% carbs, 45% protein, and 10% fat. I'd love to write you out a whole diet plan, but your little search button in the diet forum will do the same. You're never gonna reap the full benefits of these cycles unless you start eating some more quality calories.

Spidey, Skyfire, Bouncer..........can you comment on whether this is true or not. I've always used at least 10 mg per day throughout my cycle to help combat water retention, and to keep gyno from ever occuring. Your info will help.yes nolva blocks the IGF-1 receptors makin AAS less effective but at 10mgs how much if any i dont know.

yeah bro you need to eat more. i am only 150 lbs and i am eating 8 meals a day, 5 of them are solid food meals. I went to shoprite yesterday, bought 2 loafs of whole wheat, 5 boxes whole wheat pasta, 10 sweet potatoes, 2 packs of lean ground turkey, 2lbs of salmon, natty PB, jelly, bannanas, i cooked everything yesterday, should last me close to a week.
Its hard to get a good amount of clean cals, i supplement with a weight gainer shake as a PO shake, ON's Serious mass.
this is what my typical day of eating is like at the moment
Wake up 9:00 1 scoop whey
10:00 chicken and 1-2 sweet potatoes
Workout
1:00 weight gainer with 1 scoop whey and creatine.
3:00 whole wheat pasta with ground turkey
5:00 either chicken and sweets or pasta again
7:00 salmon and sweets
9:00 tuna on whole wheat
Whey and peanut butter N jelly ....not sure how many cals, but for my size im sure its enough, only about 5'4 on a good day :( sometimes i go to wendys and pig out though, but only once a week :)

Studies have shown that nolva does reduce IGF-1 pretty significantly (by around 20% if I remember correctly). I think this was at 20 mg ed. Yellow Jacket probably could put his hand on this study faster than I. At any rate, this can only hinder gains since IGF-1 is pretty much the body's premere anabolic. A better anti-e (in my opinion) would be letro which studies have shown to actually increase IGF-1. It isn't much more expensive than nolva now anyway and the effective dosage is much less (1 mg eod I think). SLASHMONAY. You need to stop drinking a weightgainer shake for your postworkout shake. You dont want any types of fats at this time. All you want is water and whey. Thats it. You are hurting your gains. Because the fats in the serious mass shake are slowing down the process of protien getting into your muscles quickly. You can drink your wg shake about an hr after you workout. Do not use milk on pw shake. Also if you want and I reccomend doing is, buying powerade powder and mixing about 4 scoops of that in your pw shake. That will give you 72g carbs to replace glycogen in your muscles. Good luck bro.

Glad to see we are rocking on this post. I just through up my outline folks. I eat that and then some, in fact I probably eat more then I should. I just ate 2 ham sandwhichs on whole wheat and half a damn bag of pretzels, I can never stop eating pretzels LOL. Plus I drank almost half gallon of OJ
I appreciate your inputs, but believe me when I say I am eating. I have gained almost 6 pounds in two weeks. Like I said Mass is key, it would take me some time to throw out what I eat to a T maybe when I get out of work I will lay it out.

Oh shit my bad slash! There are some out there that have fats in them. The only issue would be are you doing one full serving or half a serving? If you are doing a full serving then you are fine with the amount of protien. But if you are doing half serving then you need to add one scoop of whey to it. Cause half serving would be 25g protien you need more then that.

Well, done with the cycle, hitting my clomid as of today.
Wanted to let you guys know I had some great gains, added about 8 or 9 pounds of weight while increasing my strength in many body parts.
I have documented all of my reps and sets to see my greatiest gain was in the chest.
Week 1
decline 3rd set 245 at 3 times
Week 9
decline 3rd set 320 at 3 times.
Also had great gains in biceps and shoulders.
Tricpes as well.
I was half ass on the legs, but still came up in wieght.
Will run clomid for 3 weeks now and then be done. no sign of gyno or any pain while shooting in thighs.
Great cycle.
Put on a little fat in stomach but I just tell everyone I have a farmers build.
