Thanks for the reply bro, I've been training for roughly two years. I'm 5'11, 163, and made some good gains in the first couple years training. I'll definitely admit that I don't eat NEARLY as much as I should. I'm a full time college student and rarely have time to pack a lunch to have a steady stream of carbs, and protein. I know that's 75% of my problem right there. I was just talking to a friend of mine who ran D-bol and said it was pretty good orally. I didn't know if 19 was too young, and if I ran the risk of acquiring some pretty heavy side effects when being at such a young age. I'm just so sick of only seeing a couple pounds a month. I want more than anything to be up there with the 200 pounders. I don't want to work as hard as I am and only gain 15 f*cking pounds a year. Currently I'm taking, GNC Pro Performance Protein, just starting Muscletech Cell Tech, and when I don't eat anything at night I'm taking a ZMA before bed. Is there anything else that I could take to break me of my plateau? Any replies would be greatly appreciated! Also, thanks for the reply Juice.

yeah diet is also always a problem. Hey man why not buy alot of tunas bro. I usually eat 4 cans per day and the rest of my meals. Recently ive been eating 4 cans a day with baked patatoes.

I also was going to college but not this semester and its hard but take some food with u bro. Make some chicken in bulk and take a chicken breast with some rice to school in those sealed plates they sell. That works well too.

When i was working full time this summer, thank god the supervisor was cool about it, he let me take some supplements to work and my own meals.

I was there too weighing 160's before. Ive gone up to as high as 230lbs. But by eating good u will reach 200 in no time. It takes time and patience. With gear u will gain but imagine giving it a year or so naturally, u going to 200 with a good diet and if u decide while ur 20 to do a real cycle. U might even get up to 220 or more depending.

GNC is good but they are way too overpriced. If u buy online u will save alot more money. U can checkout the board sponsor, they got good stuff there too. Or here a link to supplements internet shops.

Thanks for all the advice I got guys. It means alot that there are people out there who really give the time to make sure people are making the right decisions. I wasn't really counting on using AAS for the easy way out. I saw this ad on the net and thought it was too good to be true. As you read above I asked a few questions and definitely got a true difinitive answer. Thanks to all!

Earlier posted I stated I currently weight 160, I lost a few pounds for the spring/summer season so I could sport the ol' six pack. All through the "bulking" season I couldn't get up past 165-168. I tried eating as much as I could, I know my weakness is definitely not eating enough. With a busy college life it makes having time, and the brain power to eat incredibly difficult. I was reading "Gold's Gym Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding" and in the weight gaining section it said that gaining 15 lbs. a year is phenomal. That doesn't seem like a whole lot of weight gain considering you've been busting your ass the whole year to gain a shitty 15 lbs. Any comments?

Juice, I agree that GNC is a bit over priced, but it helps when you work there ;). I get 30% off all sale items, and regularly marked prices in the store so that's why I chose to use their supplements. I'm currently in the process of buying some Cell Tech, I haven't used creatine for a consistent amount of time and am questioning the quality of Muscle Tech. Any comments?

Actually 15lbs each year is badass. See it this way. If you can gain 15lbs a year (which is very hard to do if its all muscle) by the time you are 22 you will be 205lbs and by the time you are 29 you will be 310lbs. You starting to see how that is very unlikely and why they say that 15lbs a year are insane gains. It just aint going to happen. Also another thing is dont focus on the scale bro or how much strength you have. Focus on staying healthy and the way you look in the mirror. People make mistakes by thinking oh I have to be this certain weight to be big. For example, on the pic of my avatar I am 195lbs. If you were to get 195lbs at the same bf% as me you will not look the same as far as size goes. You might be bigger you might actually be a lot smaller. Reason being is we all have different bone structures and bone density and bone weight. Meaning a person my height and same bf% at 180lbs can actually look just as big or bigger then me depending on their body structure, etc. So dont make the mistake that a lot of people have a misconseption on.
Also, you work at GNC. So why dont you price override and when it ask for the reason put out of date and write in a date that makes it seem exp. Also if yall sell books in there get Nutrient Timing, a very good book that you have to read that will show you how to get out of plateau. I know all this about GNC cause I was the store manager. You wont get in trouble bro.
