Which Cycle Would Cause The Most Lean Muscle Growth???

    Sust 250 mg week
    Deca 300 mg week
    HCG 250iu's twice a week through whole cycle
    Nolvadex @ 40mg throughout whole cycle

    PCT
    HCG 250iu's weeks 1-4
    Nolvadex dosages not sure yet
    clomid three weeks after last injection, dosages not sure yet

    (I always forget the dosages for clomid and nolva so I will have to look it up again)

    That's the easy part, the diet is where it will become complicated..This is a "rough draft" of my bulking diet.

    6am
    2 cups of oatmeal
    2 pc wheat toast
    1 glass of OJ
    Protein shake

    9am
    wheat bagel w/steak

    12pm
    bowl of wheat pasta mixed with steak or chicken
    2 slices of fat free cheese
    reduced fat parmasan (sp?) cheese

    3pm
    bagel
    handful of almonds
    tunafish

    6pm
    Steak or chicken breast
    broccoli
    Corn

    9pm
    protein shake
    hand full of almonds

        Rock, thanks for replying! I've never really thought about going with Test@250mgs/wk because most of the time everyone says 400-500mgs/wk is mandatory for a First cycle. If you mention 250mgs of Test a week, guys would instantly say it's NOT enough. The brand of gear I plan on using is UG and supposed to be VERY good stuff. I seen the lab results on the Test, Deca & EQ. and it was slightly over 300mgs/ml. The Cyp is 300mgs/ml and the Deca is 300mgs/ml. What if I did this?

        Test Cypionate@300mgs for 16 weeks
        Deca@200mgs for 12 weeks
        HCG@250ius twice a week
        Nolvadex@20mgs ED

        The Deca is mainly for joint lubrication. I had ACL surgery on my knee about 6 years ago. Stats: 30 years old, 6'3" 225lbs and 8-9% bodyfat. My goal is to reach 250lbs while staying at 9-10% bodyfat. What do you think?

          The test sounds good. The deca run at that dose for 5-6wks and if you dont notice any lubrication bump it up to 300mgs a week. The nolva dont use it unless you see signs of gyno, reason being studies have shown that nolva at 20mgs or more ed reduces the effects on aas. Other then that sounds really good. I think you are making a very good choice to take a small amount of aas.

            I like the diet, it is decent but you need to remove the bagels and cheese and substitute it with something else. Also dont run nolva until you see signs of gyno and def. dont run it at 40mgs ed. If you have to run it at 20mgs ed. Read the last post above to see why.

              AHHHHH, no cheese!!! I can't eat the pasta without the cheese!!!! I thought fat free cheese was good for you, no? I can do without the bagels I guess..What could I use in place for carbs? brown rice?

                  yeah, i grew good with 250 of sostenon a week but that was when i didnt know much about steroids. That was back in 99' or 2000. I just heard friends telling me to take it for weeks. Went around 8 or so. I didnt know pct either. All i know is that i got bigger, some fat and some muscle but i was no longer skinny.

                  Im no expert, but i did gain good with 250mgs a week but why i say 400mgs is because its not that too low of a dose and not to high either just there. Good enough (nuteral) for some good gains, if combined with a good diet, rest, and training. I just feel better 400 is an ok dosage, imo

                    Wheyman, I don't know your stats, but you need more carbs in your diet. Especially, when training for size & strength. You should shoot for at least 2.5 times your bodyweight in carbs and 1.5 times your bodyweight in protein. The carbs you should eat are brown rice, oatmeal & sweet potatoes(low GI carbs).

                      But you do agree with a very good diet w/ 250mgs a week you can grow really good, right.
