    i eat around every 2-2.5 hrs. the meals are around 7oz chicken breast decent sized salad cup of pasta. have protein shake 3 time a day.

                    Try to eay a little more. Just add a high glycemic carb drink with protein, electrolites, and vitamin e and c after your workout and that should but you almost at 3000 cals, plus you restore all your glycogen in your muscles and not to mention you spike insulin right after your workout.

                        Oh also just in case you are wondering what types of carbs is high-glycemic, they are glucose,sucrose, but I would recommend only dextrose or maltodextrin or even better a blen of both. Also the vitamin e and c is to get rid of free radicals so you dont get sick cause right after a workout is when you are at high risk of sickness.

                          Two very different compounds

                          equi - good for protien synthesis, pump/red blood cell production - eat lots of protien to capitalise its benefits and get a slow solid onset of muscle increase, all thing being equal (ergo training, rest and diet in place

                          Trem - very androgenic, agressive training, strength increase, hardens muscle, good size gains too.

                          both compounds don't really induce much water retention.

                          all in all, tren will get you closer to YOUR goals, but taken together they would work even better,

                          NOTE: you need pct after a course of tren
