bodyfat
First, weight has no relationship to health.....so throw your scale away...bodyfat has a relationship to health.....an if you want to lose BF the best way is through diet and weight resistant training (anaerobic training).....to lose body fat performing Aerobic activity you must do it perfectly and the sad part is that the moment you walk off the tread mill the BF lose STOPS. Building muscle through weight resistance training burns fat for close to 6 hours after you STOP.....an the more muscle you have, the higher your BMR is and the ;more calories you burn even at rest. I probably did not do your question justice, but I would search the net for articles on anaerobic vs aerobic exercise....you will find you answers there in a more articulate fashion.
