    bodyfat

First, weight has no relationship to health.....so throw your scale away...bodyfat has a relationship to health.....an if you want to lose BF the best way is through diet and weight resistant training (anaerobic training).....to lose body fat performing Aerobic activity you must do it perfectly and the sad part is that the moment you walk off the tread mill the BF lose STOPS. Building muscle through weight resistance training burns fat for close to 6 hours after you STOP.....an the more muscle you have, the higher your BMR is and the ;more calories you burn even at rest. I probably did not do your question justice, but I would search the net for articles on anaerobic vs aerobic exercise....you will find you answers there in a more articulate fashion.

This guy is not ready for juice. He doesn't even understand the basics of nutrition. Please see attached thread.

      http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...threadid=22529

I and others advised him about all the sugary foods, and not eating enough protein over a month ago, and it appears he still has not listened. He is just another guy looking for a some miracle in a bottle to help him lose weight instead of focusing on diet and training. He just started working out a month or so ago!!!!:spank: C'mon....the guy doesn't even understand how to read the nutritional labels on food. He was amazed when someone told him there were 42 grams of protein in a can of tuna  Yet he's ready to start jabbing AAS.

church- If you listened to us about your diet, and got rid of all the damn sugar....you would have lost more weight by now. Those who are not willing to learn, are those who will never achieve their goal.

Before you do anything, why wouldn't you try out a ECA stack?

That won't help him either with his current diet. Again......the solution to weight loss does not come in a bottle. He can "try" anything he want's, but unless he starts eating right....he is destined to be fat.

              too many carbs

you probably are a mid oxidizer and should take in calories at the 20% fat; 40% protein and 40% carbs ratio....and you need to stay away from processed foods and simple sugars....
