this is my first post, i weight 158lbs im 20 years old, about 14% body fat(maybe a little more) i have been working out for about 3 years now, taking a week off every 3 months. i do warehouse work that includes lifting heavy boxes all the time, im not sure if that is a good thing for my body but i have been noticeing some weight loss. what should i do to prevent this? i am eating as much i can afford to. but im still losing weight. also im considering using gear, i have done lots of research on this site and adivce from trainers. ive been stuck at this weight for a long time, i know at this age im supose to have alot of test runing through me, but i fail to see that that is true.

Eat like it's your job. invest in some meal replacement shakes. Eat something every 2 hours at least. Eat whatever you can get your mitts on. Preferrebly clean foods but with a full time job and going to school full time I know it can be tough. There are all kinds of little tricks you can do to help make getting all that food in more conveniant, look in the nutrition section of this forum. Also with how young you are and how much you weigh, dont think that you always have to eat chicken and rice; Get yourself some burgers and some and pizza, just be careful and dont go crazy.
Also your type of work probably isnt helping you gain weight, Try only training 3 times a week (intense), And getting plenty of rest.
good luck.

man i feel ya..im hard gainer also..i trained for eight years before i did first cycle..first cycle will trip your shit but eatin is the most important part hands down..protien shakes and weight gainers at home and RTDs during day will really help get extra cals and protien gms but make sure ya get at least 4-5 solid food meals also..if your serious about doin cycle then get your food intake in line first, then try cycle..ill be the first to admit ive wasted cycles by not eating right and lettin everyday "life" get in the way of dietin..its lifestyle change to really commit to it but its the only way to do it right and get results..

its all about being prepared to doing a cycle. I gotta have everything in hand, foods, proteins, vitamins, anti-e's, pct, supplements, etc. You need to have a plan as in a good routine with good amount of rest. Then comes afterwards the cycle. You gotta eat more to maintain what you've gained, if not its all gone. You just gotta be committed and have dedication to it.
Most people I know do a cycle then afterwards take some time off. Im thinking to myself what was the point of all the hard earned time spend into it gaining 20 pounds and then stopping training and dieting.
You gotta want it bad and never let go of it, meaining as in training right and eating correctly. Ive done mistakes in the past as in gaining what i wanted to gain then stopping due to partying, being with girlfriend too much, or just taking time off. I regret all that.
hey man, one question, how big is your friend and is he doing the cycle properly as in injecting every week and how much he's injecting, and pct ready.Originally posted by SkinnyGuy84
