I will let you in on a secret that has always worked for me. I ALWAYS train each body part a minimum of twice per week. Sometimes even three times per week. I don't buy into the workouts that they layout in the Mags. They just try to sell you supplements. They want you to think you can get big by taking nitro-plex or some shit thats supposed to make you breath fire and shoot lightning bolts out your ass. And always harping about over-training. You want to know what overtraining is? It's when your dead. Anything thing less than that and your body will eventually adapt. Get a copy of the Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding and use the training programs in that to build muscle. Anyone agree?

thats bullshit bro -- your saying theres no such thing as overtraining ??you can overtrain with or without gear -- trust me i have been there

i like to see you do legs 3 times aweek the way i do them and not overtrain -

i could get into a big long disscusion on overtraining but dont feel like it --

hey bull what are your weakess body parts ?? always do them in the beggining of the week when your at your strongest -

as fars as the cyp -test is test bro be it prop or cyp -- you can run adex, nolva, letro, etc

i like letro --2.5 mgs every 3 days -- posted that on one of your other threads

Good eye bro., I guess I got a little carried away over the supplement claims. Although I do like the book.

?!! Overtraining is a real threat to mass building as well as it to opening many pathways to the inevitable injury. Please tell me that you aren't REALLY going by Arnold's training programs in the Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding? Although much info in that book is useful, the training section is rediculous. I don't think that Arnold had in mind what a beginner or even an intermediate can reasonably do since he hadn't been there in decades and was always juiced up on d-bols and stuff like that during his competitive years.

Don't believe everything that you read and certainly don't do everything that you read or you will face serious training injuries. Muscles don't grow during workouts. They grow during rest between workouts. Also, there are different types of recovery- localized muscle recovery and systemic recovery (CNS) which need to be taken into account. I'm not trying to flame you here but you sound very young and need to do some more research on these things before you really injure yourself training. Physiological knowledge is power in this game. It will help you maximize growth while minimizing injury. What good is weight training if you get hurt doing it and can't train anymore? I hope that this stuff helps. Good luck.
