Im still undecided on which to do. Anyone ever ate real clean on cyp. and used something for water ret. and got good lean gains. I might have to run cyp if I cant get the the prop. here is diet plan if I must run cyp. Solid advise please !!

2 tablespoons flax seed oil

Day 1 chest,bi's, calves,abs
day 2 legs
day 3 off
day 4 back,tri's, calves,abs
day 5 shoulders, abs
#Cardio twice a week
