How many mcg's is one pump on the bottle? One ml is 200 mcg, so I'd guess 25 or so. I could measure in an empty syringe, but I think someone on here probably knows the answer. Thanks
I've been using the t3 from lion and I'm not noticing the "burn" everyone refers to. I ramped the dosages up E3D from 20 mcgs to my current dose of 100 mcg's which I've been on for 3 days now. I've been running this along with clen (spiropent), but haven't noticed any dramatic effects such as the profuse sweating and the like. I don't want to go above 100mcgs, but how the hell am I supposed to know this is working. I'm currently running the following:
Test Prop 100 mg EOD
Tren Acetate 75 mg EOD
Winny 50 mg ED
T3 100 mcg's per day split into 3 doses- 40/40/20
clen 180 mcg's per day slip into 3 doses
I'm looking leaner, but I thought the results would be more dramatic after a couple weeks of adding the t3 and clen.
Those are stout doseages of clen and T-3. That would eat into my muscle mass no matter what I was running. Diet is still important. If you are still eating like you are gaining, you won't lose like you want.
My apologies if you've already posted your diet somewhere, but that's the only thing I can think of that may be wrong. What's your eating regimen look like. I know that clen doesn't work if you're not consuming enough carbs. How much cardio are you doing?
I'm currently running all those compounds, and my diet consist of mostly low carb except for two carb meals on Mondays and Thursday evenings. I do about 35-40 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week.
Here is a typical day:
Meal 1
5 oz of Turkey or Chicken Breast
5 Egg whites, 1 yolk
1/2 Grapefruit
2 tablespoons of flax meal
Meal 2
2 scoops of whey
2 TBS of heavy cream
4 frozen strawberries
water
Meal 3
8 oz of chicken
2 cups of salad greens
1 TBS of enova & 1 TBS of red wine vinegar or..
2 TBS of Newmans Dressing
Meal 4-Pre-Workout
2 scoops of whey
2 TBS of heavy cream
4 frozen strawberries
water
10 grams of BCAA's
3 grams of Taurine
3 grams of Citrulline Malate
3 grams of CEE
Meal 5- Post Workout
10 grams of BCAA's
3 grams of Taurine
3 grams of Citrulline Malate
3 grams of CEE
2 scoops of whey
Meal 6
8-10 oz. Lean meat (chicken, fish, beef)
2 cups of green vegetable (asparagus, spinach, green beans, broccolli)
2 TBS of flax meal
Bedtime (1 hour before)
1 cup of cottage cheese washed
1 scoop of whey
Then on Mon/Thur evenings meal 6 is substituted with 1/2 cup of oats, 1 sweet potato, 1 banana, and 2 tbls of flax seeds.

Carbs MUST be consumed for these two compounds to work?? It sounds contradictory. I've always heard that BB'rs cut carbs before shows to get shredded, and are usually using these two compounds so how does this work?
