    Whats Up?? im new to this board, but not terribly new to the AS game.... i just came off of a 10 week cycle of Test Ent @750mg/week... i usually use some Winny after being off completely for 5 weeks, because it seems to do me wonders as far as keeping my gains... I have heard that GH is GREAT to use Post Cylce... what is my best be to keep as much muscle mass as possible while cutting?? should i be using creatine or NO2??? i have no clue as to what will even begin to help me keep what i have worked so hard for!! HELP ME!! im freakin scared shitless about whats goin to happen to my gains PS now!!!

      after someone completes a cycle, how much is usually lost with the correct usage of PCT if any? strenth or weight or both?

        Wow! Skinn guy, you are a very much so new to the AAS game!

        PCT : Post Cycle Therapy

        Use the search function and you'll find all the information you need.

        IMO : Clomid 100mg/ed(wk1),100mg/ed(wk2),50mg/ed(wk3),50mg/ed(wk4) by itself works best for me.

          keeping PCT to a minimum

          of course i know about PCT.... i usually just run 20mg Nolv a day for the last couple of weeks... and unless i feel i need it, i try my best to keep PCT to a minimum... i know it might sound weird, but i do it more by "feel" of Gyno starting... sorry abut breakin the no source rule.. i didnt think what i wrote qualified!, but my bad anyways...

              The reason I asked about PCT is that if you made quality gains and do proper PCT you should keep most of it. You say you use Win for 5 weeks after coming completely off? Does that mean you use winni for 5 weeks at the end, or that you use winni 5 weeks after your last injection? Unless your bridging, PCT consists of zero AS use. You're trying to get your test production back to normal and sustaind naturally, along with other things.

                  yea i know all about that dude, thanks for informing me, but i know, im just wondering how much people usually keep after everything all said and done, i am new to the AAS scene but im not that new....lol

                        Again, depending on the quality of gains and doing proper PCT, most people I know only loose 5-10lbs, and some of that is water retention.

                          hey bro.. thanks for fixin my fuck up for me! Yeah.. i usually do 10 week, fairley heavy cycles, then go 5 weeks with nothing, then usually 5 weeks of Winny, then off, while, like i said, doing Nolv the last couple of weeks of cycle, and whenever else i deem it necisarry... until i do another cycle...i just have this thing about taking more breast cancer drungs than i absolutely need to!! hehe! i know theres lots of ways of doing it and i would probably be best to cut out AS completely after a 10 week cycle, but doing a little Winny just seems to work really well for me... and like i said.. i would like to change things up, and ive been looking into and researching GH for quite a while now.... but like i said... cant get none.. so i have to come up with some kind of solution :agree:

                            No offense Trojan, but you don't seem to know as much about gear as you claim. If you're running test for 10 weeks, then stopping for 5 weeks, then taking nolva.....there is no surprise you're not keeping any gains. Depending on what type of esther is being used, you should begin PCT with either Nolva or Clomid within days of your last shot. If using a short esther such as prop, then you would wait 4 days, and then begin PCT. If using a long esther such as cyp or enth, then you would begin PCT about 18 days after your last jab. Instead of running winny 5 weeks after your last shot, you should run it like this:

                            WKS 1-12 Test Enth 750 mg devided into 3 shots (Mon/Wed/Fri)
                            WKS 9-14 Winny 25-50 mg ED

                            This will allow you to immediately begin PCT on the first day of week 15. PCT varies from person to person, but it usually is something like this:

                            PCT w/ Nolva:

                            WK 1 60 mg ED
                            WK 2 40 mg ED
                            WKS 3-4 20 mg ED

                            PCT w/ Clomid:
                            WK 1 150 mg ED
                            WK 2 100 mg ED
                            WK 3-4 50 mg ED

                              Combating gyno with Nolvadex is not PCT. And at the dosage you're doing, you certainly aren't doing enough for your natural test levels to rebound. The only way to truely know if you have rebounded or not, is through blood work.

                              What you have laid out above, just proves that you don't know as much as you think you do.

                              PCT is when you are completely off AAS and the compounds have broken down completely and are no longer active in the body.

                              Doing Winny or anything else after your primary cycle is called bridging. And like I said, taking Nolvadex @ 20mg daily towards the end of your cycle is to combat the negative side affects of test not post cycle therapy.


                              But to answer the 2nd question you have... For me and the guys I know that do gear correctly, and train and diet correctly, depending on what they did anywhere from a 10-12lbs loss is normal. Sometimes it's less.

                              To make an example out of myself, last summer I hit 212. I got hurt and had to take off time from the gym from October to the beginning of december.... I came off properly with Clomid and did my best to keep the cals, carbs, protein, etc up... but when I got back in the gym a week or so after NYE, I was 191 and feeling very flat.
