i would say that in those beach pics you were around 9-10%.
:agree: Clear ab separation starts to become visible well before 3%. I don't know how you got those measurements, but if you want to track progress more accurately I would recommend investing in calipers or just use a qualified person at the gym to take an accurate bf measurement. That way you can ensure that you are putting on lean mass when you start to pack on the lbs.
that beach pic was before i started my cycle, and i can see visible veins through the bottom to the top of my abs, maybe im not 3% but definatly no higher then 4-5. Ill get a camera and take some pics i promise ull be impressed.
I might have to join bouncer with this one saying that anyone weighing 132 will not impress many on this board, its not a flame but its more a physique of a soccer player or beach volleyball guy not a Bodybuilder
u also didnt say wheter u where splitting the dose up every 2-3hours or all at once. keep in mind that dbol only has an active life of around 3 hours plus it is a self grat drug that run solo will leave you depressed cause once the water goes so does the strength wt. etc..
i dont care if someone is 100lbs. as long as they are working hard and trying there best to progress, i have all the respect in the world for them. but what i cant stand is when someone is cocky and seems to have an attitude when they are that size. those are the little guys that get eaten for breakfast. :bbq:
True. It is all about attitude.
If you are talking about how huge you look, you have no business making such misguided posts. A dbol cycle is a bad idea in the first place, and why the hell would letro settle your stomach. It is not an antacid or anything, it is an aromatase inhibitor. At 135 you should be eating, not cycling.
Bring your ego down a notch, then people will be more receptive to your questions.
im not on just Dbol ive been on test for a while, and its really not fair to judge my results based on my weight. I Used to be only concerned about my weight and i was a bloated mess. Id much rather be light and feeling healthy and looking good. If i wanted to i could blow up 15 lbs easily but on my bodyframe I start losing range of motion, a year ago i was so bulky i couldnt even squat because i couldnt hold the bar behind my head. And im not trying to be cocky Im just trying to have you guys understand that even tho i weight 135 lbs I still look good. I saw a pic of an amature bodybuilder who weighed 135 lbs contest....I forget his name though.
Even if you put on 15lbs of fat you would still have great range of motion, esp if you stretched. How much did you weigh a year ago, Even the fattest or biggest people i know can still squat and they weren't too bulky to put the bar behind their head.
this post is starting to upset me
im sorry but if you lost range of motion to the point where you cant squat you have problems, ronnie coleman, cutler, any pro as a matter of fact has less range of motion than you and they can still easily squat. when you were "bloated" I guess you couldnt wipe your own ass? And you do have a good base, but i wouldnt say you were huge by any means, so you need to relax with your ego.
You know what, just post up some pics, that's the best way to show off your progress. Keep you ego in check, it doesn't matter how big or experienced you are, there is always someone who has good advice for you. Try to learn from everyone and take the good advice and leave the bad.
However, it is hard to believe that in the 130's you have hit your natural growth limit and have to cycle. Just realize that if leanness if your goal (those clear abs, etc) your going to lose alot of it when you start to cycle. Your going to bloat up and those abs are going to be gone. If you want to be small and lean (which is as good a goal as any) roids are not really the way to get there. If you want to be 250, then gear up my friend.
