My lifting partner has made some huge changes in the last few months. Here are his stats before: 24 y/o, lifting since he was about 14, 6-3, 315 pounds. An idea of his strength - Bench 520, Squat 650, Deadlift the same, all natural, raw numbers. He has dropped weight by upping cardio, eating right and is now down to 248!!! Looks like a totally different guy. Strength is still there, benching 450 for a double. He told me that he's ready to try some supplements and I'd like to make some suggestions for him. Now that he's lean, he wants to keep it that way and put on lean muscle mass. I was thinking about fina and maybe something else, but not sure. Suggestions please. Thanks in advance!
