    can i get my abs ripped while on Test/Deca cycle for 10 weeks?

      what do you mean?
      i mean may be being on a cycle like mine wont let you to loose fat.
      and on cycles i eat carbs around 500gr/day so loosing fat may seem immpossible.
      what do u think?

        If you are trying to bulk, then you can do it as clean as possible. But if you are bulking properly you really shouldn't be worrying about your abs showing. The basic concept of bulking is to take in more calories than you use so that your muscles aren't deprived.

                thanks .last thing to complete my view:
                i wanna eat clean P:220gr/day fat:80gr/day carb:500gr/day ~ 4000kcal/day
                as you see not too much carbs. so i think training abs gives me ripped abs.
                am i right?

                  Abs are from diet. Sure working them can help shape abs, but unless your bf is around 10% or less you won't see them no matter how much you work on them.

                  You should check out this thread and see where your total calories should be

                  Then post your diet in the nutrition section to get help on that so that you are eating the right food at the right time. Make sure you do it in a structure like this:


                  Meal 1 - Time of day -

                  Meal 2 - Time of day -

                  etc.

                      also show your training routine, cardio plays a big role in abs...you could do every ab exercise, every single day and not get the desired results because your bodyfat is too high, cardio is the key along with diet.

                        i think i'd better do abs training and cardio thing after the cycle later.
                        cause doing cardio while on cycle seems strange to me.

                              there are better drugs to take if u are trying to get ripped up while on AAS, but like they said, abs are ALL about diet
