well it's still swollen pretty bad and it's really hard to raise my arm.

i've been icing it all day and taking ibprofin. my body temp is back down around 98.9

i think i'm gonna try a really light workout today to maybe help get rid of some stiffness in my shoulder.

just go to the doctors, you cant be too carful where your health is concerned.
