I don't think it needs to be a sticky. If we get to many then no one will ever read them. We can just bump it at times for a reminder.

Good Post, but here my two cents! I came hear about a two years ago knowing nothing, and I guess I didint ask much but learned a lot buy just reading. i always felt this place was very welcoming, and a good board to be on. I go on so many board and all I see it "search you tool", "you stupid fuck, go search". Dont get me wrong, some guys need it, but some are such newbies I think they realy dont know about the search button. "

hey i agree with u on this one man. When i first joined FitnessBoard back in 2000 or 2001, i pretty didnt much know what i was taking and how much. I joined that board cause i was looking into info on steroids. I never ONCE been a member of a board NOR knew how to use one. So I never knew what the search thing was. Im guessing the new people dont know also.

My point is, dont just put some new guy down for not searching, If its there first time, give them an answer and then explain about that wonderful button at the top of the page.

I just dont want this place to turn into every other board b/c it is not like those boards. My point is, give people a chance. If that dont work, then by all means- "Use the search button you tools"

my only contention is that most people don't write well thought out subject lines so when doing a search sometimes it becomes a week long project sifting through 10000 posts. Along with people doing searches people need to start identifying their posts in the subject line. Don't just write "DBOL", write "First cycle, want to know if DBOL only is a good or bad idea"

I was a little confused by the whole page site setup when I first joined, wasn't sure where to go to get the info I needed, read the rules and knew not to ask uninformed questions,I knew to research and read as much as I could. Newbies deserve a chance but after that burn em'!!!!!!!hehe!!
This is a great board, have been to many others and always end up back here.
