  • My first day with slin.

    I stopped by today and picked up Humalin-R. After the workout I hit 5iu's. My post work out shake was 50g Whey/75g Dextrose carbs/10g Creatine. After my shot I drank half the shake. Then at the 30min mark I drank the rest. And hour from the shot I had 50g of Oatmeal and some chicken then the rest was whey protein shake. I don't know why but I couldn't put down as much food as I nomally could. So thats why I had some chicken and the rest with Whey protein. Was I suppose to feel anything from the slin? Like my muscle feeling more full after the slin kicked in? If so then I never felt anything. I know one thing, my ass has dropped out from the creatine. If I ever take more than 5g at a time of Creatine it gives me the shits. And I can't stay off the can now, dammit.

    So how does my eating regime look?

    If I work up to 10iu's I don't know how in the hell i'm going to be able to hold 100g carbs post workout shake then the next meal 100g of carbs plus 50g or protein. Fuck I feel like i'm bloated already from all the damn calories.

    Oh, i've got a good story to tell you. My friend who takes insulin told me that on the insulin pin that the 40iu mark is actually 4iu's. He said on a U-100 he takes all 100iu which is a full 1cc. He said that the 100iu mark is 10iu's. Why is he not dead yet? lol Cause common sense tell me that the 40iu mark is 40iu's, not 4iu's. Also, my friends that are RN's told me that the guy is wrong about what he said. I just don't understand how he's alive if he's doing it that way.

      Holy shit. He must be grubbing an ass load of carbs or something. He is dead wrong and will probably get fat if he doesn't kill himself, not to mention shut down his pancreas. Give the slin a few days, you'll start to feel the effects very soon. You'll be hungry. To the point of where you're looking forward to the next time you have to eat. Try to put down more protein than you do carbs though. But from your post, it only sounds like you ate once. You should eat twice. I believe humalin r has a life of 5-6 hours in the body. Take your shake, then an hour later eat, then two hours later eat again, and you can even eat two hours later again if you are hungry. Remember creatine's transporter is insulin, now that you're loading up on slin, you may not need as much creatine to get the same effect now. That's why most of it isn't being used and is giving you gastrointestinal distress.

        The reason I only ate once is because after I ate the one meal then I was sitting typing that post. So it was time for my second meal. Thanks for the help beefcake. I'm glad you told me i'll be able to eat more as the more I use slin. Cause I was thinking shit, I won't be able to go over 5iu's if I can't eat anymore food.

        Should I start hitting the slin 30min before I finish my workout so then it'll kick in when i'm done? I've heard experienced users take it either before they workout (which is more dangerous) or 30mins before they finish.

          Don't chance that shit. Slin usually kicks in about 15 mins. When you workout, your body eats up glycose quicker, so if you hit it 30 min prior, you could go hypo before you get done. I just took right afterwards. Some people wait about 5 or so minutes before they start drinking the pw shake. Remember not to jump so dramatically on your dosage. Go up by 1iu each day so you don't mess your body over.

            You dont need to eat until your bloated. Just take in your post workout shake. About an hour later take in carb/protein meal then 2 hours after that a carb protein meal.

            No you wont feel much from it unless you let yourself not eat for 2 or 3 hours and you will feel your blood sugar dipping. I think you have the wrong idea on what slin does. All it does is act like a shuttle for whatever it is your eating. Your not really going to feel full and tight after the shot. You will notice slowly over the next few weeks that you look fuller and such. I wouldnt suggest insulin use without GH as it is very hard not to put on fat without GH.

            As for your friend, tell him to shoot himself because he is a dumb shit. He is talking about GH on the slin pin. Take for example, Jintropin is 20 on the slin pin which equalls 2iu. Insulin is 100iu per cc, Jintropin is 10iu per cc.

            He wouldnt die from such a high dose but let him know that he is setting himself up for a 95% chance of developing Diabetes within the next few years if he keeps it up.

                Thanks for the info guys!!!

                FYI: I talked to another friend of mine today. He's an old school fucker, and knows all the pro's. He also told me the same as ya'll did. He said he slin regime is 10iu's before the workout and 10iu's after workout. Don't worry though, i won't be trying that. He does crazy shit that you hear about all the pro's doing also plus he hasn't came off in 20yrs. lol
