I was wanting to know when you guys are on a test only cycle do you change your workouts such as reps,sets and number of days you work out or do you usually stick with your same routine ? I figured your strength gains will go up alot as the cycle goes on but I do not want to overtrain and defeat the purpose with too much volume.If you guys could post some of your routines it would be great.
