      yea I read it the same way, because in the same one it goes on to say not much more than an HRT level.

        Even at little more then HRT levels, you still have more test in your body then natural. There for, your going to make better gains.

          I agree with that also, but I would say there is still a big difference between 300/wk and 600/wk. You will still grow more than usual either way so I see your point.

            I know with me, I have always been the type that can take 5mg of dbol and gain 10lbs like that. Does that mean I havent reached my genetic limit yet?

              Don't u think thats more an attribute of propper diet? I run lower doses (test usually 700mg wk)and get good gains as well, I just think that some of us are more sensitive and that some of us havent' learned the propper nutrition so they think that by uppin dosages they are gonna make up for it when in the long run they are makin their bodies less sensitive, so then they keep upping where really its their damn diet 99% of the time

                I don't believe in genetic limits... I think thats just an unfair limitation one puts on themself. I think that some have better genetics than others, but I really don't think that their is a set limit to our genetics, rather a comfortable limit our chassis can handle,(which i think can be effectively raised with gh), I dont think any of us should say oh I reached my limit, thats just coppin out and being a pussy and not takin it that next level, I believe that since my first days of training i've raised the bar higher and higher each time passin the previous limit and I will never say I have met my limit, I think thats self destructive

                  the way i took it was if your gonna take low doses of test 200-250mgs a week and make massive gains. thats were you should have trained more with proper diet and rest. of coarse your gonna make some gains but massive is his point. im just 15 lbs lighter than you and i only run 750mgs test a week and it works great for me also.

                    Genetic freaks don't count here. We're talking about normal people who aren't able to go out for their pro card. LOL. Seriously though, most people will be lucky to gain 5lbs of pure muscle per cycle. Someone who is just starting to train and just starts out on aas's will probably gain like 10-15lbs of muscle off of 200mg of test. If you can pack on 10lbs of beef on 5mg of dbol after this long of experience, then I tip my hat to you.

                      I know there are exceptions and such. My point is just that to assume that someone blows up on a low dose has reached there limit is not correct IMO. Im running 2 amps of Aburaihan test enath each week. they are labeled at 250mg per ml but to be fair, they tested out at 333mg per amp. So im running 666mg of test per week, 4iu of GH a day, and 15iu Humulin-R post workout. The humulin-R is 1 month on, 1 month off. I suppose I will bump up the test in the future but I just dont need to right now.

                            Gotcha, but the idea of maybe needing more could be a dangerous one and thats where i think most people get stupid with dosages, they put 10lbs on first cycle then only 5 the second, so the freak out then up the dosage and think that they will do more good at the higher levels
