3 shots a week at 250 and you dont notice anything? Thats crazy. When I was 18 and did sus I only needed 500mgs a week and notice a dramatic increase in strength and mass with in the first week. Maybe your shit is expired or maybe you don't train right which is my first guess.
My intake of protein, carbs, and fat were something like..
protein: 250 to 300g/day
Carbs: 300g/day
fat: around 60, 70g/day
And I weighed 175 at 5'11" before the cycle.

not putting on body weight is not the problem. Ive put on somewhere around 10 pounds or even more and im only half way through my cycle. My problem is that my bench was not going up and i was wondering why that could be consideing that my curls back and traps all went up
