  • help me!!!!

    im chris im 18 and i am not strong at all i am coming into my senior year next year of high school and im 6' 1" 162 pounds i run a 4.6 fourty.. i bench 160 i incline 135 and i need to gain any where from 25-50 pounds by september...does anyone have any suggestions on what i should take i want to gain mass and get a lot stronger but i need to get a whole lot faster maybe a 4.4 fourty

    I'm not flaming you bro but it's crazy all of the teenagers that come on here and post that they can run under a 4.8 fourty...

    Read the nutrtion and training sections in detail and then start asking questions....

                  Im glad that i didnt get on the boards when i was a teen and brag about running a 4.2. You all would had just hated on me. lol :nerdnew:
