    ohhhh...yep, know a "little" about the [circle of hormones], and what recepters turn on and off...the neverending loop..." hypothalamic testicular axis" is doc lingo. I have read a good deal on HCG and "it is of some professional opinion" that it just delays the natural process of that little circle to return to normal. Of course, I am a peyon , so I am not sure. Opinions are free and most often the most beneficial...the problem stems from the ignorant in his desperate attempt to educate himself(ME), coming across a mountain of knowledge surrounded by a forest of bullshit(speak softly and carry a big MACHETE :agree: ) == this is not directed at you my kind friend, it is to all the others who trespass my road to understanding( I have been browsing per your info, and i always run across one idiot who defies logic with an iron skyhook....AND HE HAD A DEGREE!!!! so he claimed)
    Sorry bout that...."stupid" people make me angry...As for deca, I have been informed it is the best...possibly the most powerful...but you are the first to say it has more damaging effects than a form of test. I admit, I took the previous "knowledge" of Deca as law(because i heard it so many times)...but
    :hmmm: you've got me to thinking...which is something I'm good at,but rarely utilize(grammer sucks, though :doh: ). I will talk to "a" doctor...now i just gotta find the right one....one that doesn't let predjudice get in the way of information...good luck to me.

      6 times a day is good but its what you eat in thoes 6 times is what counts. meal replacements are ok but shouldnt be the bulk of your diet you need real food.
      if running a 8 week cycle of test C (witch is to short in my opinion 10-12 weeks is better unles you use prop) i wouldnt even use the deca it takes to long to kick in especially if you already started your 8 weeks. if you stick to just this site you will find the best knowledge i have bben on other sites and most are just funny.

        your right ,rockey...i'll just run 10 weeks at 400mg for this cyc. Guess ill save the deca for next cyc(if i do one)...but if i do wait till my next cycle, does the shelf life last long or should i get rid of it now? I would be at least fall before i could consider another cycle....does deca have a shelf life?? I know HGH does(from what I read), but never ran across anyone stating there was a shelf life for any of the anabolics(the ones i am taking, anyway)
        I usally eat a cuople nutrient bars along with a protien shake(35g/protien) for breakfast, can of sardines in between meals , usally some fast food(cant help it--at school--usually a chicken sandwich) protien shake an hour before i workout, creatine substance right after workout, followed be another protien shake w/ a turkey breast sandwich w/ salad, dinner usually consist of either steak(3-times a week) or a hungry man TV dinner( :laughnew: I know, but its the best i can do) , and finally another salad w/ protien shake an hour before bed....I have already used up my meal replacement(while i was off-cycle), but plan on get another jug.I also take 800IU of vitamen E daily(usually after i eat) along with a once a day men's viatamen(clueless on how to spell that ;) )....anything ishould change??
        Also, i religiously workout 6 days a week---Chest(day 1), biceps(day 2), shoulders(day 3), triceps(day 4), Back(day 5), legs(day 6)...rest on day 7.
        I know most people work two muscle groups a day....i used to, anyway..years ago...but i like spending more time on one muscle and letting it rest. I may go back to 2 goups when the test kicks in and my revovery speeds up. As i said before, I'm not looking to become big as much as i am looking to become strong...I'll leave the god-like physiques to you pro's.

          your diet needs some serious help but you already know that. your work out is fine if thats what works for you mine is alot different but so are our bodys. the deca should have a exp. date on it! id get rid of the deca and use the cash to buy a ton of chichen breasts!

            BY THE WAY, rocket....this is the best site... it seems most put away thier soap-boxes and tell you like it is. Not one person here has crammed a subtance down my throaght(unless to provide sound advice).               LOL...will do(chicken breast)...what should I change about my diet---what i mean is==should i leave anything out?? Perhaps replace______ with chicken Breast??

                One last quick(probably stupid) question...is it okay to keep the injections in my legs??
                My last cycle, i alternated from leg to leg to shoulder to shoulder....my shoulders grew like monsters( because i cant put a lot of wieght on my spine, i only use machine for quads and 'strings)...I have been putting 200mg in each thigh each week..dis okay, right?? I'm pretty sure it is(have'nt ran across any information to rebuke this...but none also to clarify..??)
                by the way...I FEEL GREAT...it sorta feels unfair to feel good again...God sure is an amazing engineer..LOL...and Valentino is a world class MORON(can't believe they gave that fool an hour on ESPN... ahh, who am i to judge....psst, he's still an idiot)

                  you can put all 400mgs in one leg! you dont have to put 200mgs in each leg!

                    There's nothing necissarilly dangerous with only injecting legs, but you will build up scar tissue which will make the stick more painful. To help reduce the scarring do like Rocket said and stick it all in one leg and then alternate legs between injection days.
