You're not going to get anyone here to condone you using AAS at 22 and you're also not going to find a source here.

    Other than that - WELCOME...

I would drop your body fat and cut up some before you cycle anything. What's your diet and training like btw?

Post your diet and training up and let everyone look at it. I am sure that there is something somewhere that has room for change. You can count on getting some great advise from the members here.

the only real problem that i have with my schedual, is that i work four days on 3 days off in a row. with work i don't have time to go saturday - mondays.
should i do cardio on the days i can't lift. i do cardio three time a week as it is. as for diet it goes somthing like this.

1 meal 1 cup of oatmeal
                    3 hard boiled eggs
                    1/4 cup of yogurt
                    2 meal 1/2 cup pasta
                    4 oz of chicken
                    1/2 cup of veg
3 meal on work out days post work out a shake
                    1 scoop of whey
                    1 1/2 cups of milk
                    3 egg whites
1 tble spoon of flax seed oil.
4 meal 10 oz of steak
                    2 good size poatatoes mashed
5 meal 6-8 oz chicken breast
100 grams of fruit usally orange
6 meal shake same as meal 3

now this is just a sample this was my meal yeaterday i try to eat steak instead of hamberg but some day i'll eat two hamburgs instead of steak.
or if i'm away from home i'll eat 6 eggs for breakfast and 4 four toast. you guys i'm sure know how it is tuna instaed of chicken and so on and so on.
i see results from this the scale says i'l leaner i just don't see it in the mirror i guess time will tell. any sujestions lets hear it. i appreciate it all.

Well, 2 burgers is not helping you any if you are trying to lose the weight. Also you should have a shake as soon as you get up followed by a meal.If you are using milk make sure that you are using the fat-free milk.

As far as cardio goes i would do it in the mornings before your first meal.

what do you mix with protein, i mean personally. i sould try to use low fat milk. it's hard to cut all the fat at once.
why sould i have a shake as soon as i get up then a meal right after? i find mornings are the hardest time to force feed myself. sould the shake be before cardio??

Cardio upon waking, either no food prior, or somehting small like an apple (thats what i eat before morning cardio). Then a shake immediately following cardio, breakfast shortly there after 20 min - 1 hour.
