    Then you need to find yourself a sugar mama, or at least some college chick, that lives of campus and will at very least let you come over and cook once a week. tupperware is relatively cheap. all you need to cook is the chicken and rice and maybe hardboil some eggs.

        As far as killing the nutrients goes, microwaving foods is the best way to go. It really doesn't take out any nutrients at all. However, the safety of eating microwave cooked meat is debatable.
