If ya'll dont know anything that would help increase that do ya'll know some work outs that would train my fast twitch fibers or w/e you say?
Quick explosive movements under resistance is the best way. Most of the examples that swollpatroll already stated. Other than that, just sprinting as much as possible.

Get a speed chute. I used that back in the day for running track and after a few months noticed great improvements in my times.

I can't get out of my mind that this guy said he's running track in college. What program wouldn't have all the possible tools and coaching to help increase speed...

He is in high school........ "im not taking them during high school im doing it in college" and "i have gotten a lot faster but im to the point where im going off to run in college"

Im assuming he is a senior in high school and thinks he has reached his natural potential at the old age of 18.

when i incorporated jump squats to my workout with some other speed training techniques in HS, i dropped my 40 from a 4.8 to a 4.6 in about 2 months.. i definately think the jump squats helped and I loved doing those. Got a bunch of my buddies to start doing them and their times dropped too...

for academic and discussion purposes: According to Game of Shadows, Tim Montgomery dropped his 100m time through using EPO to boost his RBC count, and then training more intensely. He also used GH, test creams, but he was part of a doping MACHINE

midguard, lemme give you a new thing to think about. College athletes, especially track, get tested a lot. EQ will stay in your forever. One of my buddies had to wake up for a 7 AM test one day...if he missed it, he loses a year of eligibility.

What's your diet like? Try allowing yourself to train at a higher intensity through diet manipulation.

BTW, when Conte got to Montgomery, he was already using a lot of different drugs. Drugs alone won't hold the answer for you

                          You're a moron.

                          Now to the original question:

I have heard this question asked so many times in real life. There is no anabolic that is going to make you faster so get that thought and idea out of your head. "Making you faster" is not the benefit you get from anabolics.

They help to increase muscle which in turn can give the most outstanding athletes in the world a VERY SMALL edge over the competition. But unless you're one of those top athletes in the sport that are genetically gifted with the ability to run that fast then taking anabolics to "make you faster" is pointless.

There have already been many ideas stated in this thread that will really increase your speed. Stick to those. If you take anabolics and you "do decide what's best for you" (which is a very ignorant statement and shows your immaturity), then at least do some research so you can at least say "I knew steroids would mess me up. It's not the steroids fault that I have all of these side effects, I'm just a dumbass."

                          Have a nice day!
