My stats first:
- 29yrs old
- 6'1" / 220lbs (now) summer time weight / 235lbs winter time weight
- BFat is low now, just gussing around 11 to 13% abs are visible
- 6 clean meals a day
- Basic gym stats are = Bench/225 3sets of 12reps
Squat/405 3sets of 6 to 8reps
Deadlift/455 max
Looking to begin AS and want your input. I know I need to read up more and do the search thing and I'm working on it. Just need to know if it's too late for me to even think about AS. And if it is not too late what would be a good first cycle example. What's your take folks?
